Every effort will be made to create your gift to look exactly like, or better than, the image shown. If a certain flower is not available, we will substitute one that is the same colour and to the same value. If you choose an arrangement or bouquet of roses and we do not have the variety shown, we will substitute as closely as possible (e.g. Versillia roses instead of Osiana). Sweetheart roses are not always available, so they may be substituted with short stemmed full size roses. If we have any questions, we will contact you for instructions as quickly as possible by email.

When you place your order, you will be given an opportunity to check one of three substitution options:

- substitute similar flowers/container if necessary (the most logical - the arrangement will look and feel most like the photo)

- do not substitute the container, but similar flowers are fine (there may be a delay if it is out of stock)

- do not substitute the container or the flowers (you should allow a couple of days for us to source the materials)
