CVV Information

What is a CVV number?

Martin's, the Flower People is committed to providing the safest and most secure purchasing environment possible. All online orders are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption, the same strength banking websites use. We also collect the CVV (also known as CV2, CVV2, CVC2 and CID) number on every phone and internet order. This extra step confirms that the person placing the order has the card in their posession, not just a receipt, scan or swipe of the card.

We understand that CVV collection is a relatively new procedure for Canadians, so we invite you to read the information linked below for your reassurance. Remember, when we collect the CVV number, we are protecting you, the card holder, from fraudulent use of your card.
